Comments

During the first three weeks of this course I will ask you read the responses posted by your colleagues and to write a brief comment back to them.

Please imagine your task in commenting as to reply and redirect. Try to push beyond simple evaluative statements (I agree! Good point!) to locate a specific moment in the post, a particular phrasing or idea,  that catches your interest and that you would like to respond to. And then see if you can bring something new to the discussion, to redirect us  to another moment in one of the readings for the week, or to a particular experience you have had in teaching, or to some other text that seems relevant to our work.

Aim for comments of about 200 words or so. And of course feel free to reply to comments on your own posts. Comments are due on Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:59 pm.
